What began as a small family effort in 2014 with a cozy townhome in Columbus, OH has grown into a trusted boutique rental business rooted in care, professionalism, and community.

We specialize in cozy homes; whether it’s an urban townhome, a multi-family apartment, or a quiet suburban house. Each property we manage is cared for with the same attention we’d give our own, because to us, this work is personal.
